Went to get my free hearing test. The woman who saw me[ didn't catch her name] took one look at my ears and told me she could not test my hearing because I had "visible congenital or traumatic deformity of the ear" and that I needed to see an ENT. Got into see an ENT as soon as I could. The ENT said she saw no such signs of abnormality but they would test my hearing just to be sure. Hearing normal. In the long run my free hearing test cost me $200.
