I should not have bought hearing aids from a store that sells dog food and toilet paper. Service was comparable w/ Al Buddy’s Shoe Store. Only ONE employee was professional. Every contact/scheduled appt. left me thinking it would be less painful to hit myself in the foot with an 8 lb. Sledge hammer. No, make that BOTH FEET. They gave me 3 brochures at the initial visit with which to choose a set of hearing aids. So, very thankful for Juston for taking care of my hearring aides after a fall last Wednesday. I hit mt head, broken my nose, smashed glasses, hearring aides hit and bloody etc. Called Juston my husband brought him the hearring aides which he let me know are under warranty. He clean and fixed them. Thank the Lord. Now I can hear my doctor's and nurses. A big big step in recovery. Love it.
The staff at Costco’s hearing center know their stuff. They do a computerized hearing test on you and then tell you where your hearing deficit is. In my case I couldn’t hear certain sounds and tones. The hearing aids are computerized to make up the loss. Each of my ears have different deficits. I chose the top of the line hearing aid with the case that is the charger.
