Great service, no pressure.
My second encounter with the guy at the front desk needs to seriously work on his customer service skills. When asking legit questions, he answers with sarcastic demeaning tones. He either needs to quit, or be retrained.
I've been using hearing aids from Costco for a few years now. They do a fine job for me. But the best part is the service I get there. I am always treated nicely and quickly. They are a busy place but are always courteous and take the time to answer my questions. I like to drop off my hearing aids when I am shopping and they'll clean them while I go through the store. I would highly recommend the hearing aid center at the Nampa Costco. You won't go wrong there.
