The staff at Costco hearing aid department in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin is just outstanding. I've met with audiologist, John and audiologist technician Carrie several times. They truly care about their patients and their needs. They're patient, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give them a higher rating than five stars I would. They're just superb.
I was diagnosed with hearing loss in April 2024. A family member who has a career in the medical field recommended Costco for quality hearing aids. The customer service is excellent. I have been back for cleanings and adjustments. The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you!
