I accompanied my mom for a screening and hearing aid purchase today and she had the most wonderful experience. Her visit far exceeded any expectations - while all of the staff was very friendly and professional; Aldo was especially so. He was knowledgeable, explained things very thoroughly and patiently addressed all of our questions. Aldo has a very warm and friendly demeanor, provided outstanding service and I hope this compliment reaches him.
