Not happy with the service. This afternoon, I took my hearingaids for checking. Of the two, the one I use in my left ear was not working and I knew about this before going there. I had no problem with the hearingaid I use in the right ear as it always worked fine. There were two associates at the HearingAid Department. They checked the two hearingaids for a while and returned the one that was working fine. Sent the other one for repair (paid $135 towards repair). I was very satisfied with the Phonak hearing aids which I got at Costco Hearing Center. Carrie, the audiologist was very helpful.
