Their service has significantly declined from when I first went in about six years ago. I tried to have my hearing aids adjusted and a new ear mould ordered today. They would not work on a five year old device out of warranty. It was not a pleasant experience. While the original price was great, don't expect long term customer service.

Very poor experience. The heating techs at Costco told me one thing and the service reps at the front desk told me something else regarding appointments. In order to get my hearing aids replaced (requiring a hearing test), I would need a total of seven appointments between Costco and my ENT. I gave up after five appointments and will get my hearing aides elsewhere. Never again!!
