First let me say that this complaint is not about the folks that work in the hearing aid center. Betty who waited on me was kind, courteous and professional. This complaint is about Costco not having enough people on staff to allow the employees time to do their job.
All of the Costo Hearing Aid Center representatives were very helpful and friendly. Costco has a great assortment of hearing aids and offers a fair deal. I had a free hearing examination today. My hearing ability had changed over the years. They adjusted my previously purchased Costco (2015) hearing aids at no cost. Cleaned and replaced the ear domes and such at no cost. No hard upscale sale tactics. Just professional throughout.
Its is so amazing to hear the staff was Amazing
They made a new better fitting mold. Great service.
