5 all the way! Informed and professional. I appreciate they always call back by day’s end if I’ve left a message. I recommend them to everyone.
They never answer the phone or return calls to schedule an appointment. If you walk in, it takes hours to get seen: Absolutely horrible service and not worth the so-called savings. This office is either understaffed or unprofessional.
I went in to get hearing aids, which I received. I was told to call ahead of 2 weeks ahead of time to get them cleaned. They do not answer their phone nor to they call you back after leaving your number. Not a great place to go if you need anything regarding hearing aids! Stay away from this place!
Yes, the aids are cheaper, but you end up paying more through frustration and poor quality/service. Techs were not professional and the aids never did fit comfortably. Usually a month wait to get an appt.
Website says open till 8:30pm...drove 20 miles and they were closed at 6:45pm.
