Very knowledgeable they know what they done you're in and out you get wood taken care of. My only disappointment is I have to spend an hour there getting a hearing test to get my left hearing aid turned up one notch. I don't think this should be
I don't understand the negative reviews. I am very pleased with the service, the testing, the product. Staff: friendly, courteous, competent. The hearing test confirmed I needed help hearing. Very long test, but my tech - Judy - was patient, explained each section, answered my questions and concerns, and was very pleasant and personable. She projected a very caring and professional attitude. Later when I went in to get the hearing aids, she was equally professional and thorough.
