They do not do hearing tests till October, but advertise that they do… don’t waste your time.
I have hearing loss due to my chemo. I have always received Costco level customer service. My Rexton hearing aids have made a huge difference in my life. The staff has been there every step of the way

Very knowledgeable they know what they done you're in and out you get wood taken care of. My only disappointment is I have to spend an hour there getting a hearing test to get my left hearing aid turned up one notch. I don't think this should be
I don't understand the negative reviews. I am very pleased with the service, the testing, the product. Staff: friendly, courteous, competent. The hearing test confirmed I needed help hearing. Very long test, but my tech - Judy - was patient, explained each section, answered my questions and concerns, and was very pleasant and personable.
