Worse experience ever. Tech could not get hearing aids working properly and because they heard you through like cattle, had to wait until the next appt. Found out as soon as I got home, they are not even working except for hearing my own voice. Called and they can't do anything until the next appt, but said multiple times that I could just return them. Goo somewhere that cares, because this place doesn't.
Scheduled a hearing test, waited a month, and drove an hour to get there. Was told I didn't have an appointment and I would have to come back at a later date. The next day I got a call saying I was listed as no show. Their incompetence is infuriating. I will never be returning. First impressions last a life time.
