I highly praise audiology technician Dilan who helped me immensely yesterday, Thursday, July 10, 2025. I was a walk in, no appointment. He happily wanted to help me while I waited. It said it would be about 15 minutes. I needed new combs, filters, and a better fit adjustment for my left hearing aid. He was the only one behind the counter. When he called my name he apologized profusely that it took him about 20 minutes. Customers were lining up who were already waiting. Not only did I get an extensive time spent by the hearing specialist adjusting the new Kirkland 10.0 hearing aids I had just purchased, but the smartphone app that connects to the hearing aids was explained in depth. I also purchased the Phonak tv connector, a streaming device from the tv directly to the hearing aids, and it is phenomenal! Great hearing aids, great hearing specialists and an unbelievably great streaming device!!!!!!!!
