I have been calling for 2 weeks to get a. Appointment concerning the hearing aids I purchased a few months ago. No one answers the phone and when u leave messages no one calls back. I am really disappointed.

Only 1 person working in dept. One person doing the testing, and no one to make appts. When you call to make an appt, no one ever calls you back. I tried for 2 weeks to make an appt and left several messages. Really bad set up. Multiple people in line had the same complaints while I was waiting for my appt.
Allen helped my father in-law get fitted with Phillips hearing aids. He had custom made earmolds to reduce wax issues, which will be a great benefit!. We also purchased the TV adapter and audio clips. Everything is working perfectly. Allen is very experienced as a audiologist,and believe me I know based on my hearing industry experience working with two major hearing aid manufacturers. You will not be disappointed using Allen to fit your next hearing aids!
