85 year old senior here. After having spent several frantic hours trying to resolve iPhone/ Rexton issue I phoned Costco hearing aid centre (Queen Elizabeth Blvd) . Evan patiently persevered to guide and rectify the problem. I had to discontinue due to my poor hearing situation. Thanks so much for your effort Evan. I then drove to Costco (Queen Elizabeth Blvd). At the hearing aid centre counter I addressed my iPhone/ Rexton issue to Lexi (audiologist) who promptly fixed the problem. Thank you so much Lexi.
