RE: Rude front desk associate I came in on a Saturday to inquire about my dad’s hearing aid consult at the Dundas, Mississauga location and the female front desk associate was kind enough to schedule us for a Tuesday 4:30pm appointment. I just want to acknowledge the excellent and professional services provided by Kavina and Ta-Hsuan in testing and fitting me my new hearing aids Philips HearLink. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable about their profession and product lines. The test results and the use and care of the aids were explained in details. Service was not rushed at all.
