I can’t say enough about the experience I have had with Lauren in the Hearing Department at Costco Orillia. She was very professional, very patient and took the time to ensure my hearing aids were set properly, installed properly and worked properly. She even had a follow up call to ensure everything was working and if there was anything I needed help with. It’s amazing that I can hear birds and other things (my wife) that I have struggled to hear for years. Thank you so much for all your help Lauren. Much appreciated.
My husband was fitted for hearing aids, both ears. The procedure was quick and the aids were ready within a week. They are perfect. They fit well . The audiologist Lauren is very professional .
I recently took delivery of my second set of hearing aids from this Centre. I had to wait a bit (three weeks) for the first appointment, but everything went well after that. In fact, I had the new devices only seven days later. As member benefits go, this is probably the best (although I also like the rotisserie chicken). Regular hearing exams are done for no charge, the staff audiologists I have met are very professional, and the cost of hearing aids is far lower than I’ve seen elsewhere.
