The service here is excellent. It was the most thorough hearing exam I've ever had. Gurishar listened to my issues and concerns. She took time to explain my results and provided me with recommendations and options. One I made the decision to purchase hearing aids, she explained the pros and cons of the different models and types. The cost is about 1/3 of the cost elsewhere and the service here is superior. I highly recommend them.
The audiologist took more time to complain about ear wax in the left ear than in explaining to my mother and myself on how to use $2,000 hearing aids. I read the manual when I got home and realized she'd said nothing that was useful. Now have to go back for a 2nd fitting because the left one doesn't go in without hurting her bc it is now inflamed.
