I got my hearing aids here, the value was great and the service was ok. The issue started with the after service. I found that they wouldn’t listen and were condescending. I explained my problem and they simply kept giving me stick answers. I finally took my concerns to the Burlington location where they listened adjusted my hearing aids and made them more usable. I would buy from Costco again but would avoid the Stoney Creek location.
