Had an audiologist at Billy Bishop store a few month ago who spoke almost no English and also seemed unable to answer some basic questions about my new hearing aids. Then, on tune-up visit, got an audiologist who spoke NO English. I am not exaggerating. I was greatly vexed. Wrote email complaining but got weird automated replies when I sent it and my complaint never got to anybody at Costco that ever replied. That is not the Costco service I expected.
Amazing price for full service hearing aids. Includes a comprehensive audiological exam exam and aftercare. The staff are well qualified and very competent. Highly recommended.
