I collected my hearing aid yesterday. Jodi helped me from day one. Jodi is a professional and a people’s professional, why do I call her a People’s professional, it’s because she has empathy. She has patience for you, She is very sincere in wanting to customize your hearing aid , to work with your specific needs. I have had interactions with probably everyone here at this Costco Hearing center and absolutely love the service and attention I've received over multiple visits regarding some ongoing issues with my newer hearing aids. They are crazy busy like all other Costco HA facilities, yet take the time to make sure to continue to work with me to resolve issues. Highly recommend!
