This crew is consistently solid on customer service both in person and over the phone. They set the bar high for what the professional-medical -retail experience should and can be.
Patrick is the best. He really knows canals and how to fit them. Leah is nice too.
Customer service is meh, depending on who you get. they speak in condescending tones at times. It seems that they may think hearing loss is equal to comprehension. Repairs are not within the specified time, they love to explain that. Calls are not returned promptly, they like appointments but don't call back. Confusing
Knowledgeable staff; no pressure to buy but I'm SOOO glad I did. I can't believe the difference hearing aids make! I've worn them everyday for 4 months. My wife no longer has to repeat herself 5 times! If you are unsure if you need hearing aids, go to Costco! The hearing test is free and the product is exceptional!
