Literally called over 20 times over an 8 day period. The phone was answered one time and the person who answered couldn't even make an appointment.
Hi! Costco Hearing center is horrible and not suited for senior citizen audiology care. Its outdated, no email or appointment online access. No one ever answers phone no available appointments . Not enough staff to help Costco members. Not clean inside no mask wearing or sanitary protocols. Senior Citizens wait hours. The staff is slow difficult to communicate with; please make better changes to suit the needs of Costco members especially the elderly that need competent professional service. SOS
