4 stars for the Jabra hearing aids but a weak 2 stars for the audiologist and support staff who helped my wife. Brand new, and one of the pair didn't work from the get-go. Went back after a few days and my wife was told by the clerk that she couldn't help because of lack of technical knowledge. So I wound up uninstalling and reinstalling the software along with the pairing the Bluetooth connection and the problem was fixed. The hearing staff is Great...the Jabra hearing aids are garbage
Did a hearing test with Bayan and he was VERY GOOD. This was my 3rd test and I learned more about hearing with him Han the other two tests combined. Recommend him highly and purchased my hearing aids after humming about getting them for over 5 years. Thanks Batam for really taking the time with me and making the process so comfortable!
Great service at the Kelowna store. Gave me a replacement charging cord for my portable charger at no cost to me. Very much appreciated!
