Upon check in today, my 90 year old Aunt and myself experienced a rude receptionist. We had travelled 2 1/2 hours for an appointment at 0930, listened to this woman be rude to someone on the phone and then short, abrupt and rude with us. HOWEVER, Iris, who helped my Aunt get her new hearing aides set up made up for it. She was so kind, caring, patient and helpful. Thank you, Iris, for turning the experience around for us.
4 stars for the Jabra hearing aids but a weak 2 stars for the audiologist and support staff who helped my wife. Brand new, and one of the pair didn't work from the get-go. Went back after a few days and my wife was told by the clerk that she couldn't help because of lack of technical knowledge. So I wound up uninstalling and reinstalling the software along with the pairing the Bluetooth connection and the problem was fixed. The hearing staff is Great...the Jabra hearing aids are garbage
Did a hearing test with Bayan and he was VERY GOOD. This was my 3rd test and I learned more about hearing with him Han the other two tests combined. Recommend him highly and purchased my hearing aids after humming about getting them for over 5 years. Thanks Batam for really taking the time with me and making the process so comfortable!
Great service at the Kelowna store. Gave me a replacement charging cord for my portable charger at no cost to me. Very much appreciated!
