I’ve always been a fan of the Costco hearing center on Regent but on Thursday, it hit a new level of satisfaction. My 87 year old mom needed help changing her tips on her hearing aids. It was so busy but Lesley took the time and was so caring and kind to my Mom. Thank you Costco hearing center for providing impeccable customer service.
I had an appointment with Ken today and was the most enjoyable visit. Guided me through the government grant program. Great team at this hearing centre! Made my day!! Thanks
Customer service is not very accommodating!
Why was the lady at the hearing centre on regent was so grumpy, I asked a simple question about the hearing test and She answered with sarcasm, it’s ok to be nice lady, quit if you don’t like your job!
