I recently had a disappointing experience with this center. My daughter and I had scheduled hearing tests, and I clearly informed them that both of us needed the tests. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment was canceled and only my daughter’s appointment would proceed, as she was not a member. This situation was both unfair and frustrating, especially since I had taken time off work to attend. I expected better management of appointments and respect for customers. i don’t usually take time to write reviews but this team of professionals is OUTSTANDING! They’re a compassionate, knowledgeable and truly dedicated team! I was initially a bit skeptical bc l had researched prices for weeks & once again Costco couldn’t be beat.
