I didn’t think much of my experience until i was able to compare to another hearing aid clinic. At Costco the technician was very uncomfortable and I rejected them because they do not pre-bill insurance plans. (AADL) At another small clinic the experience made Costco seem like amateur hour. The hearing test was more comprehensive, they pre-billed my insurance, and they allowed a 30 day trial with a small $30 fee to cover the test trial. INCREDABLE! Costo is a joke,don’t waste your time.
Excellent stuff but not much variety.
THE worst medical related sales/clinic I ever have been to. Very rude and uncaring audiologist. Ignorant on blue-tooth connectivity technology. Hearing aids require tuning and adjusting at regular short intervals I am informed. One has to wait for at leat 3 weeks to get an appointment here. Surprising part is that they even require you to get an appointment even to return. I ended up returning the units as my Airpod Pro's gave me much better hearing.
