Skilled technicians distributing top end equipment at a reasonable price. The service is outstanding. Aug 25, 2026: Business as usual at the 91 St Costco Hearing Centre in Edmonton. Seven days ago, I visited because I was having an issue with my Costco hearing aids. Less than five minutes later, Whitney informed me she was sending my hearing aids and charger in for replacement. I have had these hearing aids for almost three years, and the three-year warranty was still valid. You can't beat that kind of service!
Great hearing aid products with the support of knowledgeable staff. Received a free extensive hearing test followed by variety of options best suited for my needs…and Costco is easy on the $ budget! Highly recommend!

Ari and Mary are excellent. My hearing aids are great. I had trialled a pair with a for-profit competitor. The price was shocking but they also just weren’t programmed right. Thank goodness research revealed Costco sells the same hearing aids and I believe their technicians are far superior—and 1/3 of the price! 11/10.
