Nothing but trouble since getting hearing aids from here. Will never go back.
I got my first Hearing Aids from Costco Nanaimo at the end of 2020. The staff were fabulous and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately the Rexton brand aids have not been very reliable. I am currently on my third set of aids as Rexton has had to replace them twice already under warranty. Last week the left aid stopped working again. This will be the third time that I have had to wait while they are sent away to be replaced.
