the samples are very good
Service the last several years has seriously declined at Costco Hearing in Nanaimo BC. Perhaps it's due to under staffing, I'm not sure, but the counter staff have become very inattentive. It feels like the customer is not a priority and the staff are there simply to collect their pay with the least amount of work. It's like it would be a great job, if it wasn't for those 'xxx' customers. Something needs to be done, because they need to remember it's a customer based business with many alternate stores selling hearing aids. ... read more
It was close but They wrote on the map that it was open, we drove for 20 minutes, pay attention that people use Google Maps

Good prices on some stuff. Food court and employees are amazing. Most customers seem to have mental issues or are just rude but not Costco's fault. Probably not worth signing up for a second year for me.
