I wouldn't even give it a one star. Most horrible place to go. The front staff needs anger management courses to go too. Worst service ever!!!!
Worst place, do NOT recommend. The hearing aids were defective for years. The staff are very rude. Lost a good customer, bye!!!!!
Told a week ago that a hearing test would be a one year wait…..REALLY. A wait list of 800…..so I was told. They do TWO tests a day? Last test I had was about 30 minutes or so. What kind of operation is this. ? Not the Costco service I am used to receiving.
Having a year and a half waitlist is not acceptable !! The product and customer service any be good but you would have to plan years in advance to get an appointment !!
I am 72 years young and with the help of my family they broke me down and made an appointment to check out hairing aids. I went to Costco because others recommended them and after checking other clinics they were most reasonable on price. Dealt with Kayla. She was fantastic. Just a nice person and so professional. I was nervous but she had me relaxed in minutes. I felt like she was my daughter concerned about me. Testing finished on time and aids were ordered.
