From "out of town" and without an appointment I dropped into the Kanata location were i had purchased my aids approx 4 years earlier. I am sorry I did not get her name but I was treated beyond expectations..I think her name was Shelley. Freely offered supplies,cleaned my aids. and solved the problem for my visit I am 2 hours away from the closest Costco hearing center but the savings and quality of service is unmatched in the industry
