From "out of town" and without an appointment I dropped into the Kanata location were i had purchased my aids approx 4 years earlier. I am sorry I did not get her name but I was treated beyond expectations..I think her name was Shelley. Freely offered supplies,cleaned my aids. and solved the problem for my visit I am 2 hours away from the closest Costco hearing center but the savings and quality of service is unmatched in the industry
Excellent service bilingue avec Paul qui parle français. Très gentil et patient. Equipe professionnel avec de Très bons appareils auditifs. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.
my earring aids were six years old and they adjusted them and replaced the ear pieces all for free……they are better then new. Great friendly staff especially Ms S.
