Travis at the Costco Hearing Aid Center has the patience of a saint! He helped my mother as she was in distress after showering with her hearing aids in. He did everything he could to help restore her hearing aids and got them both functioning again. These folks are good, kind people with a heart for serving our seniors. Thanks so much, guys! You’re doing very important work for your community.
Friendly and excellent service and product.
My husband had an appointment with Anne - very nice lady and knowledgeable. Excellent product and outcome at a very reasonable price $2300 approx including a TV adapter.... Highly recommended. You do have to wait a while for an appointment though as they are very busy.
The staff in the Courtenay Hearing Aid Center have been top notch, so helpful. I lost a hearing aid and they replaced it free. I broke the little wire just before leaving the country - they fixed it right away. Their hearing aids are about half the cost of mainstreet places. Thank You.
