I love this place. Much better quality than the regular grocery store.
I had a terrible experience with a customer service representative named Arlyn. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. When I politely asked for the store manager’s phone number so I could share my feedback, she loudly responded that she could give me her cell phone number — which made no sense at all.
