Went to do a sign up today for a new Costco card and I had the “ pleasure “ of being served by Pamela, at least 10 TIMES she pushed and pushed for the executive card rather than the basic standard card that I wanted for $65 plus tax. NO IS NO Costco. Teach your employees that. It’s called 1 basic customer service and 2. Respect. She must earn a commission with sign ups for executive because she like I said asked over 10 times why we didn’t want it even included personal questions if we have children or not.
