I had an incredibly bizarre and frustrating experience at this store today. While waiting in line, a customer named Sharron with yellow glasses lost her mind because I put my basket at the bottom of the grocery belt.. When I calmly asked where it was supposed to go, she shoved past me, physically pushed me again on her way back, and called me "fat." (Which is hilarious, because I’m not even fat, but it just goes to show the middle-school maturity level we are dealing with here and yes Sharron is a boomer as was the cashier.... read more
I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to today because I was absolutely in love with this place! The staff was courteous, kind and helpful and made the groceries experience in Thunder Bay during our road trip very simple! Would highly recommend anybody in the area to give them a visit. I definitely will be returning my next time!
