The store supervisor, Rich, went above and beyond to make sure we left the store with what we went there for and for the price that was advertised. We went to the Boise store and the supervisor there was rude and not willing to make exceptions. Rich and his staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. Even though I live in Boise, I will always drive to Nampa to go to the store there because of the customer service---it's worth the extra gas price!
