I ordered a hard to find item from their website on Dec. 18 which was listed as "in stock" and delivery by 12/26 . I paid extra for 2 day shipping to get it in time for Christmas. 10 minutes after my order was placed I received an "I'm sorry but your item is out of stock" email with a 1-4 day delay just to get the item in stock. Shipping would follow. If the item was not in stock then why didn't the website say so? I've been looking for a particular whiskey, for my husband, that apparently sells out quickly and they had a lot of it. Actually, they had a lot of everything. This was a gift so my husband wasn't with me but im definitely bringing him back here bc I think he will really like this place. Staff was friendly.
I felt like a kid in the candy store! I was truly baffled by how large of a selection they had and how cheap many of the items are compared to anywhere else in the area! They claim to sell everything at cost + 10%! I was initially on alert due to the location as well as some of the people around the store came off as “sketchy” in my book, but the moment I walked in all worries dissipated! There has never been a time when I was not greeted at the door and that's a great feeling when somebody gives you eye contact and says, welcome back. The prices are great.I've always found everything I was looking for and if they don't have it, they will find it for you
Very friendly service and amazing prices. This is the only liquor store I recommend visiting in Pensacola. You will not find better service or prices!
