I wouldn't recommend to family & friends – I ordered a sectional couch in January 2011. The sales woman was very nice & helpful. I had it scheduled for date & time of delivery the end of February 2011, it took several conversation with a man to get the correctly configured sectional despite it being clearly written on the invoice. The time frame for delivery was not honored and there were no apologies from the staff. The sectional couch cushions are warped & lots of loose threading despite only a couple months of use. Dishonest and Unreliable Service – I ordered a dresser from this company 3 weeks ago, and the manager of the store told me that it would be here in a week. This seemed quick so I questioned that again and was assured that it would only take a week. When I called back 2 weeks later, they still hadn't ordered my furniture and told me that it would be in on that friday or monday. Filled my home w new furniture at a low price – The low pressure sales staff makes shopping for furniture less painful. They'll introduce themselves, then leave you to browse, checking in only every so often as you're narrowing down your choices. Both times we went, we dealt with a saleswoman named Lyuda who was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Costless Warehouse, especially after so many frustrating experiences with Costco Home. helpful, friendly and great prices – The prices rock. The sales woman showed us many items that were in stock. they have a larger show room in the southcenter area and she was able to show me pictures of what they had available there. We ordered a dining set and purched a sofa and love seat that we saw in the store. She told us 4-6 weeks on the dining set and we received it in only 2 weeks, which was super cool! great place. you should check it out!
