Found them to be cold and not welcoming. So I left and went elsewhere. My money is appreciated other places. Perhaps the woman was going through something, I don't know but it's the least friendly place I've been.
Been a LONG time customer of this place since they opened. Bought a 50 dollar cart, tastes like coil. Wanted to exchange, called ahead to confirm, got woman on the line, she said my tone wasnt good enough for her and told me she refuses my service? Mind you i had zero tone on the phone just explained a situation...terrible customer service. Ill be following up with management about this employee.
