Jessica fixed my phone screen after I dropped it and tried so hard to fix the fingerprint issue I was having with my Pixel. Unfortunately we weren't able to solve the second issue due to a software issue specific to Google Pixels (which was not Jessica's fault). She was super friendly and communicative. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. 🙌

This lady did FAR better than the Apple store. She promptly diagnosed the problem with my iPhone 6S as a bad battery, after the Apple store had told me it was a software issue. She then replaced the battery very quickly and for a very reasonable price. She was able to do this without having to replace the glass screen, whereas the Apple store had told me that, because my screen has a slight crack in it, it was impossible to change the battery without also replacing the screen (which would have cost much more $$$).

I requested a quote for a repair on an old iPhone 8 and received a prompt response via email. This was greatly appreciated because most of the other responses on Yelp were so high or required that I visit the location to get a quote hard pass. The staff is knowledgeable and work very quickly. Jessica was able to diagnose the problem and she was able to find that it was not actually the battery but a Lcd issue. Had problem unable to turn phone on. If I plugged in the phone it would work. I went to Cosmo and the technician was helping two other customers. Said if I could wait she'd take a look at it. Right away she saw the problem. I had had the glass replaced and the person who did it had not put a piece back in to covered the on/off button ribbon. After dealing with a simple battery replacement on a 4 year old phone for 2 years at 4 other places, Cosmo did the job I needed in 15 minutes! Very efficient, cost effective, and job well done!!! Thank you Cosmo! I highly recommend going to Cosmo first and save time and effort.
