Me and my husband used them and we paid the initial payment which was a couple hundred. They made a lot of promises and didn’t deliver on any of them initially. The communication was horrible and I’d only hear from them if I called and messaged them repeatedly. Other than that they would only reach out if they needed payment. I don’t recommend this credit repair company. They appear to help you but really don’t. If you don’t want your money wasted look elsewhere

Amazing experience so far.. Ro (Alex Alvarado) and Ashley are awesome Alex is the one that set up my account initially and has been following up with me constantly. Very professional and hard worker. Ashley gives me calls constantly as well to keep me informed and updated. She is great giving me details on what is going on and very professional as well. I spent over 3k in 1 year, I really had simple to recover.1: I had no collections and wanted few late payments to be deleted. They said it is as simple as peanuts.2.My wife had collections and they did few to recover. in 1 year i have seen 5 managers change so i had to start all over. wasting my time and money. i had dreams of refinancing my auto loan to these date but no help. never ever trust these folks.
Want to give a shout out to Costmo Credit Repair, but specially to Ashley for being there at all times when I've needed help. So far ive got many deleted items and almost done with this whole process. This has been a blessing & a 2nd chance to a new chapter. Thank you
I have been using CCR for about 7 months now and let me just tell you that 6 months later I was able to purchase my first brand new car with a very lower APR!!! Nevertheless, every one is super polite, they always answer my questions, I receive calls often with explanations on what is going on with my disputes and whatnot. I only wish they would lower that monthly payments...! But overall they are great. At the end of this year I want to buy my first house so I will continuing working with them till then.
I just want to give Cosmo Credit a quick shout out! Ro explained everything to me throughly from the very beginning! Ashley was very helpful and very responsive. They explained and answered any and all questions that I had as well as with any questions that I got from the mail that I received.
