They have lots of cool items. Unusual stuff I could never find in the stores around here (rural Japan). Shipping time was pretty good. About 15 days or so. Quality is good. Email inquiry was answered in a day or two. Very polite. Only small quibble would be sizing. I didn't check their sizing specifications, nor did I measure myself. In America, I could do with an XL shirt. In Japan here, I need a 3L. I ordered a 2L and it was a little on the small side. Closer to Japanese sizes than American sizes, I think. While ordering the product, I was hesitant because it was just one size option, but before I bought it, Sophia helped me a lot, and she returned my e-mails in a short time.
