We had the best hour with Cheryl on a mindful forest walk, with a short meditation session at the end. We all learnt so many techniques and tips on how to deal with stress which I will definitely use in the future. I couldn’t recommend Cheryl enough, she tailored her approach perfectly to our group and even my friend who isn’t into meditation etc enjoyed herself. I will definitely be booking in with Cheryl again!

I had a really magical walk and talk with Cheryl. I'm new to the area and she held space for me to release a lot of things that had been on my mind and 'holding' from a couple of difficult years. She listens and offers practical tools and advice. I would highly recommend - and I'll be booking another walk soon :)
