We recently purchased this Ashley ottoman from Cosmic Homes and are very happy with it. The ottoman looks beautiful, feels well made, and fits perfectly with our living room furniture. We went in because my wife wanted to 'just take a look,' and we ended up leaving with a beautiful new loveseat with a center console! Even though we probably looked like we were just window shopping, the staff treated us with great respect and were incredibly helpful in showing us the best options in their collection. I visited the store intending to purchase a bedroom set and asked for the best possible price before making a decision. The employee called the store owner, who spoke with me over the phone and told me that this was the lowest price they could offer. He also mentioned that he was about to board a flight and that I needed to make a decision quickly. I did a lot of internet searches looking for Theatre Seating. Most good ones were $2000 each. I shifted focus to power recliners and looked locally and found Cosmic Homes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We found what we were looking for at a good price - two Jersey power recliners with cup holders and usb ports. The delivery time was a few weeks but with a change in colour we got the chairs the next day. The chairs were delivered to our choice of room and set up. Thanks to Imran.

Good quality stuff delivered just in time. I got my ordered Dining Table Set just at my door step in Kitchener within stipulated time. Customer service is admireable at all. Really inspired with professional behviour of the sales staff.
