I scheduled an appointment for 6/13/24 for my friend and myself to get a pedicure. We arrived and they only had one of us scheduled. They gave us a new appointment for today for both of us. We got there and was told someone else set up an appointment for a color and Pedi. They could only do one of us today. My friend drove in from outside New Bern, 2 days in a row and we still didn't get our Pedicure. The girl behind the desk could have cared less. I'd never come back for any services!

It is an excellent school of cosmetology and esthetics.
