Unethical Practices and Poor Customer Service I regret choosing this clinic for my laser treatments. I purchased packages that was sold to me with the assurance that the sessions would never expire. However, when I tried to book my remaining sessions, I was told the package had expired due to changes under the new ownership, and I was denied service.
