My massage was a waste of money last time i went i paid for 1 hour and the lady spent 75% of the time on the phone organising bookings the phone just kept on pinging and ringing, then she said she finished and she had another booking. Bad cutomer service here. Was not offered no extended time or discount.
I have just been for a massage at this establishment and I'm very disappointed during the massage the thearipsist kept running up and down the stairs because they don't have any reception staff. She was complaining about the amount of money she was earning and there and how she had no money for petrol. And now even after the massage my body feels the exact same way as I did when I entered it was a complete waste of money I contacted them to see if they were willing to sort this issue out and they just wasn't interested. I had a 1 hour massage here, and the masseuse kept going on her phone the whole time she was supposed to be massaging me, talking in another language to her friend and texting. She put no effort in. Also the music stopped after 10 minutes so all I could hear was her typing on her phone. Very disappointing
Just been for a 4 hand bubble massage. Very enjoyable and looked. Will recommend anytime.
As a disabled person bathing/showering is very difficult for me so I visit regularly to be pampered by the ladies, a nice hot bath then a relaxing massage, I always give the ladies a tip.
