My experience has been odd. I have stopped in the shop at least twice and more likely three times, each time asking to be notified by email when there is a sale on my favorite bra, the Never Say Never Prettie Underwire. Each time I have dutifully given my name and email and anything else the sales person asked. Each time I have been assured I will be notified when the next sale is imminent. pretty but does not hold up over time. lace gets stretchy and worn, knits stretch and pill. i hand wash and hang dry, but the items i have purchased did not last.

I love the product but don't order anything online. i ordered an e-gift certificate for my soon to be daughter in law. Cosabella made mistakes on the notecard and charged me the wrong amount. As well no one answered the phone and no one responded to the live chat request. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD GIVE THE WEB CUSTOMER SERVICE 0 STARS.....
