Awful customer service.
Their service is comically bad! They emailed me a ticket number for an issue we reported (it's going on a week...no call/no show for service) and the direct phone numbers on the ticket for the call center manager go to a community voice mail and to a "a number that is no longer in service." If I could give zero stars, I would. Our main printer has been down for at least 6 months. When we call for service, someone will show up...days or weeks later, tinker with it, say a part is needed and not return until we put in another service call. We have other units that have finisher issues, so the technicians just take the finisher off and leave them beside the units. Honestly some of the worst service I’ve ever gotten. Pricey, and it takes weeks to get someone in, if anyone ever shows up. Pay their rates and then you’re told they’ve cancelled your contract while your printers sit broken for months. Want to talk to someone? What’s happening today happens every time since we signed up with them: I’ve just been transferred three times, eventually to an unmonitored voicemail, by people chit-chatting in the background who never even greeted to identify me or my printers. Notice that the last good review was years ago. COS was absolutely fantastic until they were bought out by Xerox. Xerox has outsourced the customer support to a call center in India, and neither myself nor the agent on the other line can understand what the other person is saying. If you need to speak to someone in sales or an account rep, be prepared for a long process.
