I felt absolutely terrible while shopping and paying today. I tried to smile at the cashier the whole time, but her coldness and arrogant attitude were simply unbearable. I don't know if it was because we are Asian and speak English rather than French, but even when I first bought something, she was chewing gum, had a rude attitude, and was very unfriendly. Older lady with black hair in the fitting room on June 23 around 3:30 was so rude. Asked for a different size in the sweater I was wearing and she said “you go get it yourself”. It is a co-ed fitting room and there were 2 other men in there trying on clothes. Called the store ahead of time to make sure the pant I wanted to try on and buy was in store. The employee that picked up confirmed they had my size, and when I told them I was on my way in 10 minutes, they told me “cool, you can find the pant on the floor”. Already, I was confused at the lack of customer service (any other store would’ve offered to hold them aside for me) but made my way there anyway.
