Had a lovely shopping experience at COS on Martin Place. The clothes are beautiful, but what stood out for me was the helpfulness of the staff. Katie helped me while in the changing room, finding new sizes and whisking things away when I was done with them. She made the process fun rather than daunting. Shout out also to Travis, who was friendly and supportive. I went home with two bags of nice things!
