Today, I had the worst experience at this store and I come quiet often - The sales assistant didn’t help me at all. I was looking for loafers, she checked at the back and confirmed they didn’t have my size. I asked if I could order online — she told me to check myself, fair enough. Rude female Asian staff, the one in her 25s with a fringe hairstyle, eye-rolling at me when I ask for a smaller size shirt, zero customer service, keep chatting with colleagues at the fitting room gossiping how their boss refuse to let her go to holiday. If this jobs sucks then quit!!! No one force you to stay here!!!! When I got home, I found that my shirt is still attached with the security tag!!!! Unbelievable!!!!
