The so called “senior” staff instructed the junior NOT to steam the blouse as per customer’s request while purchasing the item. Disappointing service.
Attended the shop with my family, we felt very welcomed the minute we walked in. The sales people were very attentive, and professional. Will revisit again.

Big thank you to Yilin at COS Sydney. She was incredibly helpful, very cool, and made my son and me laugh while helping us out. Great customer service and a really lovely experience. COS Sydney is lucky to have her.
